We are looking for a qualified sales professional to fill a position in Parma.

Sales Professionals with 1 year prior sales, customer service, and hospitality background will be considered. Don’t know much about leasing but you can sell? Don’t worry! We will provide training to get you in tune with our company, policies, and procedures. You will be responsible for the performance of all activities related to leasing apartments, renewals, completing credit checks and employment verification, prepare lease documents, inspect vacant apartments and report any repairs needed, general office duties, assisting residents with questions and paperwork relating to moving in, lease renewals, interacting with prospective and current residents to achieve in compliance with Fair Housing Laws and Equal Employment Opportunity. Must be available for day, evening, and weekend hours.

Minimum Education Requirement: High School Diploma or GED required for this position.

Electrician

NM Residential, a property management company with commercial and multi-family properties throughout Cuyahoga County is seeking an experienced Electrician. This position participates in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repair of electrical appliances, systems, facilities, and related electronic controls of varying design and complexity. Applies knowledge of electrical and mechanical principals in determining equipment malfunctions and applies skills in restoring equipment to operation. Job Duties: • Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem. • Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes. • Connect wires to circuit breakers or other components. • Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures, to ensure compatibility and safety of system. • Repair or replace wiring, equipment, and fixtures, using hand tools and power tools. • Place conduit (pipes or tubing) inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. • Fasten small metal or plastic boxes to walls to house electrical switches or outlets. • Performs other duties as assigned. Education and Work Experience: • High School Diploma/GED required, College Degree a plus • Requires a minimum of three to five years related experience • Knowledge of the National Electrical Code and the principles of electricity and of electrical maintenance methods • Knowledge of the rules of safety, especially as they relate to electrical work • Knowledge of proper use of hand and electrical tools • Excellent Math skills • Ability to manage multiple, complicated priorities • Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly • Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to interface with all types of mechanical contractors • Must be a self-starter and able to work with ever-changing priorities and situations • Must provide own tools. • Ability to work on-call, and evenings and weekends when needed is a must. This position is responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems for all properties. Job Duties: • Install and maintain HVAC systems at all Properties. • Provide emergency, unscheduled repairs as required. • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance. • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments. • Perform regular preventive maintenance on equipment. • Comply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas. • Other duties as assigned by Management. Education and Work Experience: • High School Diploma/GED required, College Degree a plus • Prefer HVAC certified • Certified in OSHA programs and practices • Requires a minimum of five years related experience • Ability to manage multiple, complicated priorities • Ability to define problems and resolve them quickly • Exhibit strong judgment and decision-making skills • Ability to interface with all types of mechanical contractors • Must be a self-starter and able to work with ever-changing priorities and situations • Must provide own tools. • Ability to work on-call, and evenings and weekends is a must. • Experience with troubleshooting, maintaining, and repairing hot boilers a plus. • Sewer experience a plus.
